fmfirst® PLACE Mobile is a simple to use and intuitive cloud-based tool designed to simplify the completion of the PLACE and PLACE lite assessments, thereby significantly speeding up the process, increasing productivity and offers the potential to reduce overall costs.
We will restore a server estate into ITPS infrastructure and support the client’s business with the facilities of the ITPS dedicated workspace recovery suites. These suites are prepared on standby for when disaster strikes.
This part of the service ensures servers can be restored in the event of a disaster. These will be handled by the same specialist team who will ensure the server is back to its original state regardless whether it was physical or virtual.
Within our Disaster Recovery service, there are two levels:
Most IT departments now rely on disk based backups however, offloading the backup data to tape can still be useful for historical data restoration. In some cases it is a requirement to ensure departments can stand up to external / internal data audits.
This allows the primary backup data to be sent to a secondary location.
This uses latest back-up data to recreate the servers on a standby virtual Host (this is delivered without deploying in any other applications).
Whilst fmfirst® Survey was initially designed to operate as part of the fmfirst® Estates application, it also has the ability to operate as part of other back-end systems.
