Asckey reaccredited with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

At the end of September, Asckey underwent a 4-day reassessment ISO audit with the Global certification body, NQA.  Asckey passed the audit and has been reaccredited with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS).

ISO frameworks

NQA describe ISO 9001 as a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of your organization to consistently satisfy customers and other stakeholders. Certification provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time.

ISO27001 is the international standard that provides a framework for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The framework outlines the continued confidentiality, integrity and availability of information as well as legal compliance.

Commitment to improve

In the audit, we demonstrated our commitment to maintaining the effectiveness and improvement of our management system. We were also able to evidence our commitment to enhancing our performance and contributing to the achievement of the company’s policy and objectives.

Passing the audit shows that Asckey has demonstrated we are following the best practices of the above-mentioned frameworks. Quality and security are woven into all our business processes. It’s not a tick-box exercise, it’s a way of working we strongly believe in.

We want existing and potential clients to feel safe in the knowledge that we put the time and effort into making sure our products and services are the best they can possibly be. As always, we continue to welcome feedback from our clients and if there is anything you would like to share then you can complete our Client Feedback Survey.
